Our Classified Training Representatives provide training for School Administrative Assistants and school clerical staff in all aspects of District/school practices and procedures. Trainers conduct sessions on various topics including student body procedures, concepts of imprest accounting, budget, payroll, enrollment, attendance accounting procedures, and records management. The Classified Growth & Development Cycle (CGDC) is the name of the LAUSD performance management cycle for classified employees. It is a system that will help you determine where you wish to grow and develop in your career. Work with your supervisor or develop your professional development plan on your own.
