Are you currently providing security services at a school and are thinking of promoting or do you plan to pursue a career in campus security? According to Section 38001.5 of the Education Code, anyone who provides security service for more than 3 hours a day on a school campus must FIRST complete a 24-hour training curriculum set forth by the State of California. This 24-hour training course is offered by Organizational Excellence Classified Training in collaboration with the School Police Department.
Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis for employees who will be assigned to six or eight-hour Campus Aide positions. Session topics include:
